Lakeview Resort Lavasa

Magnificent and beautiful location, we truly enjoyed staying here.

Location: the hotel was not far from the slope of a hill at the edge of the lake and the restaurant and the garden. Polite and courteous staff members provided a few recommendations.

Small rooms, limited luggage space. Weak WiFi and lack of TV channels.

The restaurant was good from the garden and the cafeteria, I tried tasty dishes. All the stuff where cooperative and polite. The hotel had a prime and very scenic location, about 15 minutes' walk from the city center.

I arrived hungry but left. the food was good but the staff made me feel like I was back in college, doing everything myself! They even made checking out feel like waiting for a train on Indian Standard Time. Despite the hotel calling itself a resort, it felt more like a cottage. Funny how some places can be a lake resort without actually showing you the lake! Guess that's just the kind of surprise you should expect when the owner lives next door. View was good, service not so much.

We enjoyed delicious meals in a pleasant setting and the helpful staff quickly resolved any issues we encountered.
